About Valle Nevado
Valle Nevado is in the Andes about 46 km east of Santiago. It was founded in 1988 by French entrepreneurs, on the model of European resorts such as Les Arcs.
The ski area runs from 2,860 m to 3,670 m at Tres Puntas. The resort opened Chile’s first mountain cable car in 2013, and the season runs from June to October.
